Customers are searching. They just aren’t finding you.

I do SEO, AI visibility and conversion optimization for small businesses. More people find you on Google and in ChatGPT, and more of them get in touch.

  • Fixed-price surveyYou know the cost before any work starts
  • You own the workDocuments, content and accounts stay yours
  • Cancel any monthNo lock-in and no cancellation fee
  • One page a monthWhat the work cost, what it brought in

Customers look in three places. Most businesses are missing from one.

When someone needs what you sell, they search Google, check the map, and more and more of them ask ChatGPT. Then they open your website and decide whether to call. Lose them at any of those steps and they call someone else, usually without you ever knowing they looked.

  • Google and Maps

You show up on page two, or not at all for the searches that bring in work.

  • ChatGPT and AI answers

Ask an assistant for a business like yours and it names your competitors.

  • Your website

People land on it and leave without calling or filling out the form.

One fix for each gap.

Most businesses need one or two of these, not all three. The survey tells us which before you spend anything on the rest.

  • SEO

Getting you found on Google and Maps for the searches that bring in work. That covers the technical side, local search and your Google Business Profile, and pages written for what people actually type. Judged on calls and inquiries, not on rankings.

  • AI visibility

Getting your business named when someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity for a recommendation. I make your site easy for these tools to read and quote, and check what they say about you every month. Nobody can guarantee a mention in a particular assistant, and I won't pretend to.

  • Conversion optimization

Turning more of the people who already visit into calls and form fills. I find where visitors give up, fix what is in the way, from slow pages to forms nobody finishes, and measure each change so we know what worked.

Every month, one page. What the work cost. What it brought in.

Survey first, then the work.

Nothing gets built until we both know where you stand, so every dollar after that can be measured against something.

  1. Survey

The first two weeks. I go through your analytics, your competitors, the searches you want to win and what AI assistants say about you today. We also agree what a new customer is worth to you, so there is a baseline to measure the work against.

  2. Plan

In week three you get a costed plan, in the order it should pay back. It includes the work I think you should skip because it won't earn its cost.

  3. Monthly work

Then I do the work, month to month. Each month you get one page: what it cost, what it brought in, and what changes next month because of it.

Christian Webster, smiling, outdoors in Tampa

You work with me, not an agency.

I'm Christian Webster, an independent consultant in Tampa. I help small businesses get found on Google, get named by AI assistants, and turn more of their visitors into customers.

There is no account manager and no team of juniors. When you email, I answer, and the person who wrote your plan is the person doing the work.

Everything I build stays in your name, from the content to the accounts, and you can stop any month.

Worth asking early.

The things I would want to know before hiring someone to do this.

  • How long does SEO take to work?

Most small business sites see first movement in 8 to 14 weeks, and a meaningful change in inquiries between 4 and 8 months. Anyone promising results in 30 days is either lucky or lying. The survey gives you a realistic timeline for your situation before you commit.

  • What does it cost?

The survey is a fixed price, paid once, and ongoing work is priced monthly against the plan it produces. I'll quote both on the first call, based on what your situation actually needs rather than a package.

  • Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. The survey is a one time piece of work. Ongoing work is month to month, with no minimum term and no cancellation fee. The plan stays yours either way.

  • Do I own the work if I stop?

Yes. The strategy, the content, the technical fixes and every account stay in your name. Nothing is held in an account you can't get into.

  • Can you get my business into ChatGPT answers?

Not on demand, and nobody can. What I can do is remove the reasons you are being left out: a site these tools can read, pages that answer questions in plain language, markup they can parse, and a record of what they say about you today, so we can tell whether any of it worked. Anyone promising a place in a named assistant is guessing.

  • Is AI visibility just SEO with a new name?

It overlaps a lot without being the same. Most of what makes a page worth quoting by an assistant also helps it rank: clear structure, plain answers, a site that loads and can be crawled, and mentions elsewhere that people trust. What differs is that assistants summarize instead of listing, so being the source the summary is built from matters more than being the tenth result.

  • What does conversion optimization involve?

Finding out why people who visit your site don't get in touch, and fixing it. Usually that means faster pages, a clearer offer at the top of the page, a phone number and form that are easy to use on a phone, and proof that you are a real, local business. Each change is measured against your inquiries before and after, so you can see whether it worked.

  • Do you work with businesses outside Tampa?

Yes. Tampa is where I am, not a limit on who I work with, and most of the work happens over email and screen shares either way. If your customers are somewhere else, the local work targets that place instead.

Start with a first call.

We look at where you show up today, on Google, in AI answers and on your own site, and I tell you honestly whether I can help. No pitch deck, and nothing to sign afterwards.

I reply within a working day. The first call is a conversation, not a pitch.
